I visited Dunkin' Donuts on 11th Walnut, where my wife ordered a sandwich. The employee who made it was wearing gloves but had his fingers in his mouth and then touched the food. I asked him to put on new gloves and prepare a fresh sandwich. The girls working there referred to him as "Pappy," which made me further question the cleanliness of the place. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience.
I do not recommend this location at all. They are incredibly slow and forgot my order three times. They prioritize mobile orders over those placed in person. I waited about 15 minutes for an ice cream, and when I went up to inform them that my order had been forgotten, they simply glanced at me and ignored the situation. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
This place is frustrating, several visits where I will be notified of my order (both in person and online) only when picking up (after payment online/in person) that the article has not been available. it is understandable when they run out and tell them, but this location does not update specifically what is sold out and what is available. it is even more embarrassing that this is done after a person has made order. start going to another place to see if it's better.
THIS IS A TERRIBLE DUNKIN. DON 'T GO HERE. Bad service every time I go. Today was horrible the manager was yelling at his employees, none of them could get any of the orders right for me or any of the other 4 customers waiting around me for mobile pickup. Three employees decided to ask me my name from the order. The third one asked me 3 times, she was far so I spelled it out so she could hear me and then she got very angry at me saying I was being smart and I told her I was just trying to help her! It was a really disgusting experience. YUCK
