After that, I placed two more orders on separate days. Each time, I expected a mix-up, but each meal was even better than the last. The ribs were flavorful and juicy, not tough at all. The white rice and steak were absolutely delicious—melt-in-your-mouth good! So, I decided to order again, this time trying the chicken and rice. Somehow, it was even better than before! Overall, everything was incredibly tasty!

Everything appeared to have been sitting out since 2:00 PM, and I even thought I saw a lantern floating over the pig dish? I wouldn't recommend this place. And as for the Lay's chips—what was that all about?!

Eat great. Customer service terrible. The server had attitude. as she was crazy, she had to take my order.

Oh my gosh, it was awful! We spent nearly $100 for four people, and all we got was rice, meat, and soda—no salad. We had two desserts, and when I went to pay and heard the total, I nearly dropped. I will never go back to the Ruts or El Provocon again!

The food was incredibly delicious. I had some difficulty placing my order because the waitress didn't speak much English, but the delivery guy was very helpful. I ordered salmon with rice and beans, as well as a dish with eggs and peppers, and everything was delightful. I should mention that if you don't specifically ask for gravy on your food, they won't include it, which is probably why some reviews mentioned the food being dry. I will definitely return. They also have a nice selection of desserts. Please note that they only accept debit cards for purchases of $10 or more, but there is an ATM inside.
