Bidra med feedbackPlaced my order at the drive-through when I realised my order was wrong after getting home I called they said come pick up the correct item. When I arrived I called so I wouldn't have to go through the drive-through line again. 4 times the phone was picked up and then hung up. So I ended up having to go through the drive-through again To get the right items. After going thru the drive through order was corrected and was give a free desert for being patient.
Quick convenient. Food was fresh. Service was friendly and accommodating.
The dining area in this restaurant is still quite small, and sometimes the service can be extremely slow.
I enjoy the food at this restaurant, but I have concerns about the service. The staff doesn’t always appear clean, and I’ve noticed employees scratching their arms and hair while working. The owners should consider adopting better standards; it's unacceptable for fast food to be served slowly. People seem to forget basic morals, values, and principles like dignity and cleanliness. These are important and should be upheld in the industry! Just because some individuals don’t prioritize these matters doesn’t mean you have to lower your own standards. I hope you reflect on this.
I experienced an issue with my order regarding payment and receiving my food, but it was resolved quickly when an employee helped me. They are short-staffed, but if Tabari is around, he will take care of everything.
