Bidra med feedbackThe staff consisted of three indifferent employees who seemed more interested in their gossip than in maintaining cleanliness or providing good customer service. Their attitudes were incredibly unprofessional, and they showed no willingness to resolve the issue. This store really shouldn't be operating without supervision, considering the behavior of the staff. Overall, this was the most frustrating and disrespectful customer service experience I've ever had. It's truly disappointing for the Smoothie King brand.
I returned to the store and explained to the same young man that the smoothie tasted off, and I requested a refund. Instead, he offered to remake the smoothie, but I declined since my experience with the first one was unsatisfactory, and I simply wanted my money back. To my surprise, he claimed he didn't even remember me. The situation escalated, as this young man argued with me, insisting that I was being rude and refusing to assist further. It seemed clear that the staff here lack proper training in customer service. At no point did I hear him say, "I'm sorry you weren't satisfied with your smoothie; let me call my manager to assist you." Instead, he continued to argue with me throughout the encounter. Another employee eventually stepped in and asked if I would allow him to remake my smoothie, to which I agreed. However, I overheard the first employee telling his coworker to be quiet while he insisted that his parents raised him to be respectful. To make matters worse, he mentioned that he was recording me. I hope management listens to that recording to understand what occurred. I will NEVER purchase anything from this location again. The customer service here is abysmal. It's essential that when hiring young staff, proper customer service training is provided, as this young man clearly lacks those skills. Problem-solving is a critical aspect of customer service, and it was entirely missing in this experience.
My husband stopped by the restaurant to grab a smoothie for himself and a bowl for me. I ordered the Goji Getaway bowl, requesting no coconut and substituting blueberries instead. However, when he got home, I discovered that my bowl was made incorrectly. It was missing both granola and Goji berries. This completely ruined the experience for me, especially considering that this bowl is not inexpensive and should be prepared correctly. If they don't have the necessary ingredients to fulfill an order, they should inform the customer.
Employee callled me a B . For no sensible reason whatsoever.My order was supposed to be ready @11:44a today, I arrived at approximately 11:46a. This location does not have a fridge for online orders. Therefore, when I arrived, the smoothie was quite watery on top and spilling out of lid (pretty sure it had been ready before 11:44a). I didn 't complain, however, because it wasn 't that big of a deal. When I walked outside, I poured out some of the top(the watery part). One of the employees (black male with dreads) ran out of the store after me yelling yoo you 're a B !! Please Note I didn 't say anything to these employees other than I have an online order for Amber. If he became that angry because I poured out some of the smoothie... that I Paid For!! He shouldn 't be employed anywhere. And luckily for him and this store, I am only writing a review. This could have ended badly had he followed someone else out of the store harassing them.
Love the smoothies they kinda slow but good. Ambiance was okay. I would go back again for another.
