Mcdonald's - Plum

Have enjoyed this location in the past, but the last several times I've ordered from here, they've consistently forgotten parts of my order each time.

It's fast food. So you get what you get. Food is fine. Always forget items though.

The staff decides when to open and close the restaurant. Sa in the drive thru for almost half an hour while open, late I can add. Totally unacceptable. There were commands coming through the app that would not have done until gods did when. Very dissatisfied

Tried the mobile app for the first time. $30.00 worth of food for us and grandkids. Thet forgot my deluxe qtr pounder that I wanted to try. And guess what, of course the Basket of fries were cold by time I got home, which is par for the course. They really need to figure out how to keep fries warm for a 10min ridehome. I don't expect piping hot, but the should be edible. And if I return them everytime the weren't, it would be most of the time.
