Bertucci's Brick Oven

This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I found it to be a lovely place with quite tasty food. We sampled a range of dishes because I wanted to get a feel for what they offer. Overall, the food was good, though I found it a bit underseasoned for my liking—it's not a complaint, just something I had anticipated differently. The service was excellent as well. I will definitely return when I'm back in town.

This review is for the Bertucci's located in the Plymouth Meeting Mall in Philadelphia, PA. The restaurant was clean, and our waiter seemed to genuinely enjoy his job. He kept checking back at our table to see if everything was okay, perhaps a bit too often, but I couldn't be annoyed by it. It felt great to be treated like a VIP—just first-class service! However, the macaroni and cheese was quite disappointing. There wasn't enough cheese, and the pasta was in large clumps, though it was served hot. That was the only positive aspect of the dish. On the bright side, our waiter was fantastic! Even though the food wasn't all that great, his kindness made me feel truly appreciated. I haven't been here in years. They still have mostly the same items but some new ones. I was so busy eating and forgot to take a picture of the food. ? I got a small broccoli and chicken pizza. It was good as usual. The rolls were room temp but still good.

We visited for lunch and ordered the ravioli and the chicken with broccoli. We started with a lovely salad and some delicious hot rolls. Then, we savored our fantastic main courses. For dessert, we shared a generous slice of rainbow cake. The service was excellent, and the food was outstanding. We'll definitely be returning!
