The food was amazing. The service and timeliness was great. The atmosphere could use a little liveliness added to it. The food was a little pricey but overall an excellent hidden gem. I don't know if I should share this unique little diner or keep it all to myself.

Connie's Restaurant food is always good. Family oriented. The owner is Christian. You get your money worth.

I was pleasantly surprised! Although the building appeared small and uninviting, once inside, my expectations were exceeded. The hospitality was generous, the food was delicious, the service from Brian was exceptional, and the restaurant had a charming, cozy atmosphere. As new residents of Louisiana, we are excited to return. I intended to take pictures of the food to share online, but got too carried away enjoying it. Ha!

The service was outstanding and the food was quite good as well. Don't be deceived by the appearance of the restaurant from the outside. The dishes may be simple, but they are prepared with care.
