Bidra med feedbackLovely place to meet with people, do work, read a book, the only thing is that the coffee isn't always pleasant and the food can be bland. The girls working are usually really nice, so overall a great place.
Breakfast burrito (salsa not so good, it is on the side, I normally order without) and breakfast bagel are normally what I order; both are very good and filling. I order the Caramello, it isn't overly sweet and u can taste the coffee. Sometimes, the coffee strength is overpowering in the drinks.
Gabe, the owner, is an absolute dumpster fire. He treats his employees like garbage, doesn't mind buying inferior ingredients or products to serve his customers and he allows his religious beliefs to taint his business. They claim their food items are fresh, but they are made days in advance at an off-site location and are refrigerated. Their kitchen equipment is in a constant state of disrepair and employees are just supposed to live with it. Gabe constantly belittles his employees, especially his female employees. He's a chauvinist pig. The high turn over rate at all the locations reflects this. Word is going to get around about Gabe and he will be unable to hire good employees. Avoid this place like the plague!!! You can make better coffee at home. Literally every coffee place in the area is better than this dumpster fire.
What I love: Their pastries, breakfast items, cinnamon rolls... all of them are seriously SO GOOD. I dream about their cinnamon rolls. You know how so many cinnamon rolls are dry or there isn't enough cinnamon sauce for every bite so you have to ration it and STILL come up short? Not Terre's cinnamon rolls. There is PLENTY for every bite as well as some left over for scraping up with a fork. Literally the best. Their staff is ALWAYS so friendly, helpful and happy. They are all such a bright light and it's wonderful to see! They love Jesus and aren't afraid to let it be known. What I don't like: Sadly, I do not like their coffee. It is so bitter with a horrible aftertaste- especially if it's iced. Hot, it's tolerable, but still not good. I wish I loved it because I love everything else about Terre and what they stand for. I hope they switch whatever they use for making their latte's etc because that would take them to 5 star rating.
Stopped by while on a trip from Tennessee. Ordered a coffee and a jalapeño bagel. Coffee was good. The bagel was a unique try! The jalapeño cream cheese had a nice kick but it was just a little much smothered on to one bagel. I would definitely suggest you try it because I can’t recall seeing too many places that have something like this on the menu. Nice little setup inside and a nice place to have a morning sit down.
