Bidra med feedbackThe highlight of my visit was the service provided by Miss Holly, who was absolutely amazing! She was both professional and personable; I felt well looked after rather than ignored or interrupted every few minutes. They really know their stuff there. If you go, make sure to ask for Holly's section, and you'll see what I mean! As for vegetarian options, there were plenty available, which I appreciated. Regarding kid-friendliness, there were no children present during my visit, but Denny's does offer crayons and coloring pages to keep little ones entertained while they wait for their food. In terms of parking, the Denny's in Prescott, AZ, is situated at the far end of a small shopping center. There’s parking right next to the diner, and you can also find a larger lot a short distance away. Lastly, for those with dietary restrictions, there are many meat-free options, and I noticed they had gluten-free labels available too.
Shannon is fantastic! The service is excellent, even during busy times. It's hard to find quality staff in Prescott, but the team working on 09/10/22 from 9 to 10 really handled everything well. It seemed like they never stopped serving customers and were always at full capacity! They definitely deserve a significant bonus for their hard work.
The service was incredibly slow, and we had to wait a long time for our drinks to be refilled, as the waitress was hard to find. I ordered simple eggs, but they were overcooked. Additionally, the pancakes were ready but had a gummy texture. Overall, this is not a good place to eat!
Happy to say that from Thursday, 30th juni, this Dennys location will be opened again around the clock. I cook 5 nights per week, from 10 o'clock to 6 o'clock. I hope they're all coming for a great meal.
Worst experience ever. Ordered on door dash. Door dash driver showed up and informed the driver they were out of what I ordered. No big deal. Dasher didn't have time to wait.. I tried to call Dennys 15 times in a row to see if I could replace the item and I could come and pick it up myself. They answered the phone.. and immediately hung up on me every time. I get they're busy but 2 seconds to figure something out would've been nice instead of hanging up on me and my wife over and over. I drove down there and ended up getting the food since we couldn't get a refund for it.Update: gave them a second chance today and they definitely disappointed today. Didn't even bother to make our order today and aren't even bothering to pick up and answer. We're done with this place and door dash drivers agree
