Excellent steak. Beef is apparently supplied from the owners personal herd. Amazing and cooked to perfection.

Prime Rib Thursday night special was recommended so I took a drive to Princeton to try it out. I went for the 8 oz Surf Turf and enjoyed the meal, the small town atmosphere and the staff. The place was hopping a good sign for quality food.

Fantastic home kitchen! chicken fried steak was great, kartoffeln with maische are amazing. great portions at the price.
