Very average. I really look forward to visiting guy and mae’s after it was named one of the kansas 8 wonders of the kitchen. I had bbq throughout the nation state kansas and in the region midwest and honestly said this is just so very average in my book. while the ripening was good, I can't say that they were a little more than just average together with the sauce that came with him. I had the drills and they were just in order. my wife had the 2 meat sandwich she loved very much and the part of the meat was extremely large. the prices were decent and the staff was very polite and friendly. I will probably not go back and not sure if I would recommend it to someone who makes a special trip there, just for the ribs.
