Castaways Conch - Providenciales

The restaurant is outdoors. When we arrived, it was closed due to rain earlier in the afternoon. Our reservation was never canceled, so we had to find another place to eat.

It was New Year's Eve, so perhaps the restaurant was a bit overwhelmed. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing, and the service was even worse. We had to actively seek out a busboy just to order a second drink. We waited over an hour before our entrée orders were taken, and it took two hours from our arrival to receive our food. While the ambiance was nice, I wouldn't consider returning.

Great location but not great service, took over two and a half hours to get food. Once order for food was taken did not see waiter again for over an hour.

Worst whole grilled snapper I ever had. Was it fresh? I doubt it. Probably frozen? Nice location but terrible food.

Service and staff were very professional and helpful and the food was delicious and hot when delivered
