Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana

We came here for our honeymoon and had such an explosion. The food is amazing and the variety is great, also at the buffet. The pool is amazing, all staff are friendly and helpful. Special screaming out to CARLOS from room service! He was so nice to us and brought us wine and truffles and smiled always and happy when we saw him! People like him have made our stay really special and unforgettable! The night shows were great. The weather was perfect. The whole resort is beautiful and clean!

Excellent location and staff. Beautiful setting with lots of pools. U can get upgrade to club membership and have access to more pools and bars. Staff super friendly and helpful. Beds super comfortable after they replaced the mattresses for us. Can highly recommend. Staff is always wearing masks which is really not necessary outside. Stayed here with my daughter in January 2022.

I was skeptical at first coming here but my skepticism changed to surprise from the front gate. We were greeted to a glass of wine at the entrance and that was just a taste of what was to come. The staff were all pleasant and very helpful. Always smiling. Our room was really nice and it had a partial view of the ocean. The best part was having our own personal concierge service and his name was Jesus. We couldn't have asked for a better person during Easter to help with everything. He was always available and worked tirelessly to meet all our demands. He even had a surprise for my wife on our last night which earned me major brownie points. If you ever visit this resort, ask for him. The food was really good. Tried all the restaurants except for the seafood and French specialty restaurants. I was impressed by the ones i ate at. The drinks just kept coming. I thought it was a tad bit expensive, but it may be because we booked when everything was just opening up. Other than that, i have no complaints.

This is a beautiful resort!! The staff is so friendly. Maria in the theater is the best! The food is pretty good, I really enjoyed the Mexican restaurant and the Hibachi restaurant. The drinks were always delicious. The beach is beautiful and clean, no waves or seaweed. The only downside is the pool is really cold. But the entertainment team is awesome and always tries to get everyone involved in fun games especially Gucci Man and Mike Tyson and Tokyo and Yenny!! They are so fun and friendly and crazy!

I cannot say enough about Secrets Royal Beach. The grounds are spotless, the staff are all kind, incredibly accommodating and go out of their way to make sure the guests are enjoying their stay. Melvin and Angel made every day at the pool pure magic and Mike Tyson and the entertainment crew did a great job with activities all day and all night. We ate at the buffet and almost every restaurant and had a great experience across the board. We did not feel like we missed out by not going preferred and the staff still made us feel like VIP everywhere we went. Would recommend booking spa and hibachi right when you check in to make sure there are openings left. Overall amazing experience that I will never forget!
