Mcdonald's - Quartzsite

Thankful for a mc Donald's in this area however it was very poorly managed. It was understaffed, toilets were not at all clean, staff was arrogant and not trained. Coffee was not available as they had no one to clean the latte machine.

Super slow. Workers kind of ignored you. Took out soda machine and when asked for a refill. They gave me a whole new soda.

Overpriced food, low quality food, the dining area was dirty

This place was very dirty. There were a lot of employees working there and not one table was clean. It was disgusting. Had to order at the kiosk, and when ready to pay, the kiosk states they are not able to receive payment. That we had to pay at the counter. Mind you, there were quite a bit of employees. My husband was the second person in line, and the customer who was holding up the line for possible 20 mins and not one additional employee opened the other register to take payment. While waiting for the employee to take payment, the line behind my husband grew longer as I assumed no kiosk was taking any payment. Now time for eating, the only thing hot was the fries. My husband and I both bought a big Mac meal. His bread was hard as a rock while mine was soft. The patties were the size of a half of a dollar. All in all, this place sucked.
