Prime 15 Steakhouse - Ringwood

I'm glad to hear that there's a new bar opening up in the vicinity, as Prime has officially been crossed off our list. We will be sure to share our experience with others. Additionally, I should mention that during our previous visits, the bartending staff often seemed inattentive. On this occasion, we waited several minutes for menus, and even after a few glances from the bartender, he prioritized finishing his chicken fingers before acknowledging us. Overall, it was disappointing.

After ordering four imported beers and two food items at the bar, which was only half full, my wife asked for a glass of water. To our surprise, the bartender informed us that they only serve water for $2. When we inquired if the tap water was unsafe to drink (especially since we live nearby), he simply shrugged it off and stated that this policy was only in effect during the football season. I found this rather inconsiderate and exploitative, especially considering we're in a somewhat rural area. On a brighter note, I am glad to hear that a new bar has opened nearby, as Prime 15 has now been crossed off our list. I’ll also mention that during our visits, the bartending staff hasn’t always been attentive. On this occasion, after a few minutes of waiting, we received our menus, but the bartender was more focused on finishing his chicken fingers than on providing us with service. Overall, we're disappointed and won't be returning.
