Bidra med feedbackTo begin, the best parking spot in the lot is right in front of the door, followed closely by the handicap spot. Our waitress, Laila, was an absolute delight and extremely attentive to our table. Lastly, the food was on par with what you would expect from the top Denny's restaurants—excellent and served in a timely manner.
Service is terrible and waited for a hour and 30 minutes on the food with me and my girlfriend and family, we were given no utensils, and they didn’t give my kid utinsils for his mashed potato’s and they allowed other people to get their food even tho we were here first , it was no communication on anyone’s part until last minute when they handed our food 1 by 1. I don’t recommend this Dennys at all
Me and my family got there around 1:20pm we order our food around 1:30pm they took an 1 to give us our appetizer mind you the server didn’t give us napkins or silverware I had to ask her for some. In total we waited an 1 hour and 30 mins for our food we ate at 2:50pm. Around 2:40pm the server kept apologizing and that the other half of the kitchen is closed. But she never told us or even communicated for the delay after a few minutes of ordering our food around 1:30pm. The food was okay but ihop is better they treat their staff better. A family next to us got their food before us even though we came before they did. When we finally got our food, Another family came in 10-20 mins before our food arrived and immediately got their food. Our server kept giving our food one at a time me and my little brother was eating while my sister and boyfriend was waiting for their food. This location has no communication skills. I didn’t tip my server at all. She was nice enough to not charge us a Mac and cheese for my brother but it’s all about communication. It wasn’t pack today so i don’t know why it took so long. While I was checking out I heard a staff member getting upset and tell the chief why they take so long to cook the food. I don’t care that it took so long to cook the food it’s about communication our server didn’t communicate until we got our food and never gave us napkins or utensils until he kept asking her. She gave me and my little brother food with no utensils
If i were able to give 0 stars. I would have. The service here is terrible. My family and I had came in today for easter, and we were disappointed greatly. They are low on staff and there were hardly any communication. We had waited approximately an hour and 30 mins for our food. We were not giving utensils, and we had to keep asking for napkins since we were not provided any. Plenty of family came and got their food before us even though we had arrived first. Worst Experience, would not eat here again.
Everything was good. Davianna and her team were very attentive and polite. Food was all good.
