Dokiya Ramen - Rockville

The ramen was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. I will definitely be coming back!

This new ramen spot shows promise, but it doesn't quite measure up to many other ramen establishments in Rockville. The service was top-notch, and the waiting staff was very attentive. However, the oyster and chicken appetizers were rather forgettable. While the ramen broths were complex and flavorful, our bowls were lacking some essential protein components. The rice dishes also left something to be desired. We didn't sample the grilled dishes. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience, but there’s room for improvement.

I had dinner with my friends last night, and we had a fantastic time at Dokiya Ramen. The food was amazing, and the service was excellent. We started with age tofu and dokiya fries, which were the best fries I've ever had at a ramen restaurant. Their ramen was also delicious; I especially loved the egg and the pork belly. The broth was excellent too. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
