Bidra med feedbackWe waited a bit to be served. There was one hostess who greeted guests and seated them, while a few staff members lingered around the bar, chatting among themselves and seemingly ignoring the customers. Once we were seated, our waitress came over and quickly brought us our appetizers and drinks, but she was slow with refills and hard to find when we wanted to settle our bill after the meal. On a positive note, our chef was fantastic and very entertaining. He kept everyone at our table engaged and really impressed our boys. The food itself was just okay—most dishes had a similar flavor and were quite salty. The portions were large, but due to the high salt content, it was tough to enjoy more than a few bites. Overall, I would recommend going for the show rather than the food.
The sushi and sashimi were absolutely delicious, and the presentation was lovely. The restaurant features separate areas for regular seating and hibachi dining, although you can order hibachi from either section. While it is on the pricier side, the prices are still reasonable. However, I was disappointed to notice that they were still offering plastic straws with the water. I chose not to use mine since single-use plastics are a major contributor to non-recyclable waste.
The service is slow for hibachi. we were first to sit and had to wait till the table is full! The chef act is very short compare to other similar restaurants which is fine. The quality of the food are just ok, taste like ordinary asian restaurant. However the portion us big. I guess trying it once is fun to watch and experiencing it. The restaurant itself is well designed and has a good interior.
Easily one of my favorite sushi spots in Montgomery County. Favorite rolls are Tuna Amazing, Surf and Turf, Dynamite, Yellowtail Sashimi appetizer and Tuna Tataki appetizer.
I drove past this restaurant every day and finally decided to check it out. You can either order hibachi at the dining room or wait for the hot counter, but honestly, what's the point of going to a hibachi place if you're not going to enjoy a show from the chef? Overall, the dining experience was great. Our waiter seemed a bit inexperienced and made a few minor mistakes, but it wasn't a big deal. I ordered the filet, scallop, and shrimp combo, requesting my filet to be cooked rare, and it was cooked perfectly. It was tender and just right. However, I found the sauce on the shrimp and scallops to be a bit heavy, which made the dish overly salty by the end. The portion sizes were enormous. I ordered fried rice and noodles as well, and while I managed to finish all the protein and vegetables, I ultimately had to give up on the rest.
