Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Rockville

I recently tried this restaurant for the first time, and I was really impressed. I was with my young son, and despite the staff being quite busy, we felt their friendliness right away. One particular employee stood out to me; he recognized us immediately and went out of his way to ensure we had a great experience. He made sure my son felt comfortable, greeted us with warm smiles, and ensured our order was just right. I truly appreciated his attentive and respectful demeanor. I can't wait to return! Thank you!

I got five pieces of delicious spicy fried chicken for just $7, so I can't really complain too much. However, there is definitely a need for improvement in handling mobile orders. All the orders were crammed into the kitchen, and there should be a designated area for easy pickup. I ended up waiting 20 minutes before I figured out my order was ready and had to go upstairs to ask for it. The local Popeyes has a better system in place, and something similar is urgently needed here. Otherwise, everything else was great!

The food has gotten better over the years, but it was still very difficult for me to get the specific dark meat pieces I wanted for my son. When I used to visit, the seasoned Popeyes staff were always reluctant to give away those pieces and often pushed back when customers requested them. However, I have noticed an improvement in the service recently.
