The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the food is consistently excellent.

The fries were bland, lacking any flavor or salt—far from their former glory. The only redeeming item was the mozzarella sticks, which were decent. I need to find out who supplies them, as many pizza places use the same vendor. To the management of Roy Rogers in Rockville, I suggest you reconsider your current vendor for the fries and burgers. They do not match the quality that Roy Rogers used to provide, which could discourage longtime customers from returning. On a positive note, please let me know the vendor for the mozzarella sticks!

Excellent food at a great price, with friendly staff and quick service. I really wish there were more Roy Rogers locations!

Wow! After catching a movie in Rio, we headed over to Roy Rogers on Rockville Pike around 9:15 PM. We were the only customers there, which can sometimes lead to trouble, but we decided to stay and order anyway. The food was absolutely delicious! The fries were hot, and the burger and roast beef were incredible. I couldn't help but dance with happiness! The staff were wonderfully friendly and courteous, too. A big shoutout to Roy's for their warm atmosphere! Yay!

I placed a catering order over the phone at noon, and the service manager was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She patiently answered all my questions and was very polite throughout the process. I ordered 50 pieces of chicken along with some sides, and everything was made fresh and tasted fantastic. Additionally, I received all the necessary utensils, plates, and napkins.
