Roy Rogers - Rockville

Soda machines were down for 30 minutes, but the guy who worked on them was really helpful. He was actually the only person who was helpful and he was a contractor for Coca Cola. The food here is not good at all, and management is lazy. My fries were cold so I had to bring them back. The chicken didn't taste so great. Stay away from this place. The Roy Rogers in Springfield sells good fresh food.

Went in at 9:40 on a Thursday night. They close at 10. I apologized to the staff for coming in late, but they're one of the few options for quick eating after 9 pm and I wanted some of that fantastic chicken (best fast food fried chicken in our area in my opinion. I got such an attitude from the people there for coming in 20 minutes before close. Was told I couldn't order certain foods. I live in DC and had just finished a 12+ hour work day. I've been there many times and multiple times they've screwed up my order and given me wrong items or left items out. I double check every piece of food now. That being said, after this last encounter I'll be going to the one in Aspen Hill from here on out. They've given me a much better experience on every level at that store. The Rockville location needs some internal reorganization before I'll head back. The chicken can be gotten elsewhere.

I enjoyed my breakfast. Fruit was nice and fresh, front of the house and the bathroom was very clean. Staff was nice and friendly. Food is made as soon as you order. The eggs is real eggs. Way to go Roy Rogers!!!

I love Roy Roger's chicken, biscuits and sides. Unfortunately, their restaurants are few and far between in the DMV so when I had business to conduct in Rockville, I HAD to stop here! I stopped in about 4pm on a weekday (no drive through) and was waited on promptly and the cashier was super nice. Got a 2 piece combo and loaded up my chicken box with fixings from the Fixins Bar. Can't forget the BBQ sauce! So yummy!

Still, love this place even back when I worked for them in the late ?80s. Get the burgers, fried chicken, or any other sandwich (Gold Rush). Things have changed, and they are for the better. The food always hit the spot. I can't get used the register set up it feels odd to me.
