The food is always fresh,the hoagies are not skimpy and the staff are both friendly and helpful and most importantly the store is always clean and the wait for your order isn't long.

I’ve become a regular at this restaurant, and the two girls who usually work the counter recognize me by name. Today, it seems the franchise owner was behind the counter, and the service was as quick as ever, with the sandwiches tasting great, just like usual. However, I noticed the owner mentioned to one of the employees that menus need to be stored in bags or written down. While I understand and respect corporate policies, I’d like to offer some advice: it’s important to handle employee discipline privately, rather than in front of customers. It can be uncomfortable for patrons, especially for someone like me who has a high regard for your business. Staff discipline should always be kept confidential.

Best sandwiches you ever eat! This sandwich is so beautiful that I could do a full blown photo shoot. The sesame seed bread is the best part! The authentic Italy meets and the sharp provolone cheese I could think about all day.
