Half the time that this site is closed because they have no employees to lead the place, now they are open, but have no food to sell out of place. This is a bad management at its finest and a waste of a good fast food location for a company that knows how to lead a fast food community.
Worst Jack n Box. Your food always seems like it's been eating forever. Always out of food. It takes forever to get your food. Also never order through the app because they cannot refund your money and most likely won?t be able to fulfill what you have ordered.
I tried to come back to this place several times a day and night. Sometime after 930/10pm, there seems to be a shift change, the system is restarted (which is strange, but I thought maybe their systems are different from where I worked or they just haven't answered. During the day the service takes a ridiculously long time and the food is half hot half cold (fresh pumice, but not fresh tacos or vice versa. There were several times when I was told that they were from Tacos, Pommes, Nuggets. I have a complaint to the company website (which I hate to do.. I've been working fast food for 8 years. Then served until Kovid. I never filed complaints when the food was just messed up because I was there and could say it was a bad night. People make mistakes. But every other night was a bad night when I found a piece of plastic in my taco. It was apparently coming from all the containers of the salad as it was part of the label. Never heard. Last time I tried, I only got half of what I ordered. If you can't properly store all your locations, maybe close a bit. Transfer employees to nearby shops. I understand you're short-circuited, but that's beyond that. The Bridgeton site has my food fresh and its rare when my food is grounded. It doesn't make sense this place is so bad. Please understand that my anger is not with the employees. They are beaten every day when they are the few who are at work there. My anger and frustration are with the upper administration. Because there had to be any sign in the downfall of this store that they simply let go or for some reason overlook it.
Terrible experience. I moved up at 11:58 and was told that they were just DoorDash orders. So I move to the window and place my order on DoorDash for pickup. Within seconds it will be confirmed and says that my order will be prepared. After a few minutes, the worker opens the window and tells me that my order has not appeared on the screen and is moving forward. I move forward and weigh 10 minutes for an employee to come out and tell me that my order is still not displayed. So I show her my confirmation and receipt that I paid for my order and that they accepted it. She checks everything on my phone and tells me to keep her so that she can talk to who's responsible. I'll wait 15 minutes for her to come out and tell me that they won't make my order, although I'll show a confirmation email and reception that I paid for my food at 11:58 and that it was accepted by the right place. It is very frustrating to pay for something and show your reception, 30 minutes waiting and being said, you can not get your food you have already paid for. Now I have the inconvenience to come to DoorDash to make sure I get my money back. This is the first time I was so sharpened to take my time just to write a bad review.
Horrible customer service and management! Who runs out of tomatoes and not tell the consumer? Thank goodness I checked my order, the $8 burger looked NOTHING like the picture? missing burger patty, tomatoes three pieces of onion which I requested extra)and had to get a refund. I wish I had of taken a picture, you can?t make this mess up! DO BETTER JACK!????
