Going to this place and it's not the fantasist... but judge Not very at home like the feeling with great food, GREAT. Fries, chicken, shrimps, onion rings my taste buds are in wow. Oh and Cornbread was warm and had to get more before she left.
Great food and service! The liver and onions was delicious. The server was very friendly and made great suggestions. The owner may want to invest in more ceiling fans or better AC...
The cornbread is great! We could not get enough. My dining partner had the fried shrimp and onion rings and she loved it. The breading was just right, not so thick that it smothered the shrimp nor the onion rings. My bbq chicken and mac cheese was ok, I would rate 5. The service was very good and everyone friendly.
Would be five stars but the rice and beans I had, had the texture of being 3 days old, the rice was dry it was crunchy. However the pork chops were on point. The poor server was dealing with a typical “Karen”. Who wanted 2 lemons not 3 lemons with her water. I applaud her professionalism in handling the matter I wanted to smack the lady. ^ ^.
