1 out of 4 plates was okay. our food was not hot. waffel was hard as if it had not been ordered. the mood was beautiful.

They were disgusting. kellner informed us waffeln are prefabricated (he said like the “Lego my Eggo” style) and they were burned together with the huh. mimosas only (2) juice options, was served on ice and each glass had lip prints on them! do not wash their time and / or money!

Eating and ambiente is good, but the service was very slow.

We stopped at 17.30 a.m. when the cardinals were not in the city. it was not very busy in the restaurant and we waited more than 20 minutes on our table, without anyone greeting us or even bringing a glass of water. so we went and took our business elsewhere.

I am editing my original review because once I posted I received a call from the manager to discuss what happened. He sincerely cared about our experience, explained what happened, then went above and beyond to make it right.I really appreciated the extra effort. Sincerely grateful. Thanks Josh! We made reservations because last time we were told we had to. Even though they were rude last time we wanted to try the place. It is super cool inside. Our server was basically non existent. He didn’t wipe the table even after being asked. It took about 10 min to be asked for our first drinks. Several more minutes before we got them. When he returned he only took 2 refill drink orders and bolted before I could ask for mine, my drink was clearly empty. When he came back with the other drinks he seemed bothered I needed one. He forgot to bring said drink so I sat there for about 10 min with no drink. Then he came up and said “did I put your drink order in” clearly no. Then he brings me a drink but in a plastic cup and told me they didn’t have anymore glasses. 10 minutes later he brings another drink out in a glass and said it was a mistake did we want it. But it was the exact same drink that I had ordered so I wonder if he just left it on the counter. He brought our food with no utensils or napkins. We sat there for about 10 min. It was finger food but still we needed napkins. He finally flew by and I asked for napkins again and be brought little bar napkins not dining napkins. About 3/4 of the tables had reserve signs but there wasn’t anyone there for the 90 min we were there so it wasn’t busy. There seems to be plenty of staff. Needless to say it was underwhelming and disappointing. Before you wonder if I’m a Karen or was rude to him. I’m in the service industry too and am very understanding of what’s going on. This young man clearly did not know how or want to do his job, this and the previous rude experience from the host stand concluded into a decision not to return.
