The staff is super friendly and always welcoming! You go out the way to make sure you are happy. They accidentally forgot one of my side pockets when I mentioned this, they apologized and even gave my daughter a cookie!

The website is hit or miss sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Growing tired of the inconsistency with Panera. Tried to call no one picks up. If this company cannot offer consistent delivery or pick up options then get rid of it.

They burned 4 bagels trying to get us two. The two we got were terrible. One burned, one not toasted. While waiting for the bagel, a gentleman asked if he could help us. Stated another person was. So he blatantly told us, then get out of the way so I can help someone else. Okay.

Not a lot of outlets but near the fireplace is awesome! Very friendly and the staff helpful and considerate with time and patience. They deserve raises! Especially Amanda ?; Internet speed 20d 11u on a non busy Friday evening.
