Bidra med feedbackLmo's pizza is good but really expensive. Cecil Whitaker's pizza is just as good and cheaper. I ordered tonight's pizza through the web and the pizza took longer than I was told. That being said, the pizza was good as I already mentioned.
Prices are sky rocketing compared to the other pizza restaurants which is why its making us go elsewhere as of lately. But we still love them. I wish the b sandwiches came with fries, onion rings or something. It's another reason why we've been going elsewhere. The provel bites are to die for, so these are the one things we continue to keep buying because no one else makes them as good as they make them. We buy the 60 piece. Customer service is a 5 star rating. They're quick and nice. I Wish they still had fried mushrooms,, SO PLEASE BRING THEM BACK
Tried Imo's for the first time and it was terrible. The pizza crust was soggy like they didn't cook it long enough and the cheese was all slid over. This should have never went out to a customer. We spent over $54.00 and I have had frozen pizzas that were better. Guess we will stick with Pizza Hut.
I called in an order to this location for delivery. The guy took my order and information and told me it would be about an hour for delivery. I get a call 20 minutes later from Imo?s saying they don?t deliver to my address and that I needed to call Another location. I order pizza all the time and usually the person knows right away if they don?t deliver to your address. I called back to try and get an understanding on why it took this long and to let them know I was inconvenienced because the location they told me to call was no longer taking deliveries. The manager Cody was very arrogant and rude and Said that I wasn?t inconvenienced instead of apologizing for their ignorance of not finding out before they had already charged my card and had me waiting 20 Minutes before they realized they didn?t deliver to me. Cody needs some Customer service training for sure!!
The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I arrived to pick up my online order, they ignored my frustration while continuing to take calls. I waited for 7 minutes, and nothing changed! When I spoke up, I was treated like an outsider. This was my first and definitely my last visit. I hate to say it, but it felt like I was experiencing racism firsthand.
