The Hot Spot - Salina

Best burger and fries I've ever had. Very nice people too. I would give them a million stars if I could.

My girlfriend and I stopped in November of last year on our way to Capitol Reef and Escalante. It was so good I’m writing this eight months later! Definitely always going to stop when traveling out to the swell or any reason I’m passing through town. We loved the retro style of the building, and the good old fashioned feeling of ordering at a window on the corner. But this food, oh my word. Dear heavens. I’m willing to bet most every single ingredient in my burger was local. Every ingredient had a noticeable difference, the only thing that compares is when I’ve grilled burgers with local, fresh beef. But I’m telling you the burger I had that day was one I will always remember and want to stop by for again. We both loved our dinner, thank you to The Hot Spot!

Great little stop on our way to Palisade State Park! Excellent burgers and chicken tenders. They were swamped when we stopped on our way through on a Friday evening around 6, which is the sign of a great place to eat and I'm glad we stayed. The Mushroom Swiss Burger is to die for!

Terrible place!! Took forever to get oil soaked fries. Took forever to get anything. Kids SMALL!!!! Shake didn't even come with an ice cream cone!!! And so over priced. Absolutely ridiculous!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

So good. Sticky chicken fingers were incredible! Not sure when I’ll come back but when I do, 100% I’m getting more sticky chicken fingers.
