Bayseas Catfish House - San Antonio

OMG the fish and shrimp is what I had. The owners is a husband and wife team was so nice and professional. Met with a few FAMILY and Friends it was such a Beautiful experience.

I really enjoyed Bayseas Catfish House. Since I'm not a Catfish eater, it was glad to see that they also offer both Cod and Flounder. The shrimp were very tasty and best of all they were large and plump. Breading on both the Cod and the shrimp was tasty compared to others I've had. Service was great and the prices were fair.

Was wanting some fried catfish and thought we'd try this place out. We ordered the fried catfish, fried shrimp, onions rings and Mac and cheese. The batter was the right consistency. If you want your fried food a little spicy just ask for some Cajun spices and you can add it to your meal. Or you can always add some tobacco to your ketchup. Enjoy!

I’ve Been wanting catfish for awhile and it didn’t disappoint. The vibe was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful with the menu items. The food I had was nice and hot wasn’t dry. The catfish and oyster I had were a good size. Hot, juicy was more than I expected. I didn’t get to try the shrimp po-boy but my wife loved it. It had a good amount of shrimp on it. The gumbo was really good it does have a bit of heat to it. It’s as good as it looks had sausage, fish and shrimp rice and veggies. A small was good enough for me but if you don’t mind the spice get a medium. Good place to try out if your wanting catfish for sure.

This place is great. Food is fresh, hot, delicious, and at a good price. They have the best sweet tea and the kool aid is perfect. They have about 5 different types of fish trout, drum, flounder, catfish, cod. I walked in and immediately felt like home the server was awesome this guy had me laughing my entire wait, I will definitely be back and if you’re reading this trying to decide I highly recommend this place.(In the picture is drum fish, shrimp, oysters and fries cost about $40).
