Mcdonald's - San Antonio

I received the wrong order after waiting 10 minutes. When I brought this to the manager's attention, he yelled at his staff, telling them to stop wasting his inventory. My burger eventually arrived, but it was incredibly dry, almost as if it had been reheated on the grill. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the same manager, he responded with insults instead of addressing my complaint.

We visited yesterday, and the staff was extremely friendly. The manager even offered my kids free ice cream after they finished their meals, ensuring they ate all their food first. We had a wonderful experience, which is why I make the drive to the McDonald's at Blanco and 1604.

We stopped for drinks during our road trip and experienced the best service we've ever had at a McDonald's. The staff were polite and friendly, making our dreary morning much brighter!

I decided to check if any fast food places were open, and even though there was a long line, you all prepared my meal perfectly with no mistakes, and the line moved quickly! I know it must be tough to work on Christmas, and I'm sorry you weren't able to spend it with your families, but I am incredibly thankful for your service. I hope you receive special recognition for your hard work during the holidays. Thank you once again!
