Red Lobster - San Antonio

Two different experiences? so my man and I decided to go to red lobster I've eaten it for a long time and I waited to go four days, it's my favorite place and I was excited, well here it's totally wrong we were greeted and everything was nice, we were satisfied and we have approached our waitress the tables that were quite young but not at all friendly, I put my order for we have never got their delicious cookies so we decided to stand up and go when they bring the icy and wee and the wee on the table slammt when I will get up to go, I told her that her service sucks, she said thank you very much to them! I told my man that she didn't want to ruin my experience to go to the lacantera and let her tell them the difference there was completely different, we had a great experience our waitress was friendly friendly knowledge took our order and brought my wine, glass water the ice cream, the two salads and cookies at the same time I can't tell them how great the experience was. over $90 today it is a lot of money, so yes I expect a great service, not perfect, but at least great the waitress at the first location must absolutely know how to treat the customers.

They were from some of the basic milk crumbs etc. but eating was delicious. low to wait staff so that we don't get any refills on biscuits or drinks until we had to wait one more. server was very helpful in my son order as he was uncertain was very good od menu.

It was great, went with a friend who's a cook, and he wanted red praise. I had garnelen scampi, popcorn garnelen, fish fillet, cold claw. plus the big biscuits and fried calamari. call me well fed.

We get either delivery or pick orders here. they are always right and the personal is friendly. the last time we left, I noticed that it was an invigorated To-Go at night. I would never really be attentive and didn't know that sometimes there is only one person who fulfills order for all To Go's! consider themselves to get their bordstein, they will get it faster.

I am posting a review for the Red Lobster on 4550 NW Loop 410 Centerview. I love this place! The lobsters here are always cooked perfectly and that includes a 3lb lobster I ordered for a special occassion. Yes, I have seen overcooked lobster and never at this location.The servers are very courteous and I have found management to be very accomodating. Today, my server, Darla, provided exemplary service. She was very attentive and friendly.Tip, this RL has very good raw oysters! The horse radish has a kick, the cocktail sauce on point (not overly sweet) and very fresh.I posted one pic of their desserts. Bonus points!
