Red Lobster - San Antonio

Great experience. eating was delicious and a lot to eat. our waiter was great.

Food and service were great! A/C was on and felt like a meat locker, but overall, good time

Birthday dinner went terrible from rubber bands in crab legs, cold crab legs, undercooked lobster, rude manager, reservation not honored for desired time. Manager could care less with what went on.

Our waiter seemed to be in over his head. Some of the extra plates and silverware were dirty. We were never served those delicious cheddar bay biscuits until near the end of our dinner. We ordered the coconut shrimp for an appetizer but got their new crab wonton stuffed shrimp. They weren’t bad but it wasn’t what we ordered. We didn’t want to complain as our waiter was already having a hard time. The entree we ordered was good. Some of it wasn’t hot but warm enough. We’ve had Red Lobster many times in the past but it’s been a while. After this experience, it may be even longer before we return.

The food was fantastic ?, the waitress was wonderful.
