Absolutely amazing! Exceptional! Truly a masterpiece. The menu is expertly crafted and the dishes are prepared perfectly. Although I may have some reservations about the chef's preference for the halibut's moisture level, the overall experience was delightful. We enjoyed a variety of amazing dishes and I am considering letting the chef choose for us next time. The standout items were the scallops and halibut. The wine selection is reasonably priced. This restaurant is definitely worth rearranging your plans to visit while in San Antonio.

Wonderfully exquisite. The food was mouth watering. Their octopus is perhaps the best sea food preparation I have had. Our compliments to the chef. Our server Johnny was very friendly and knowledgeable. He recommended the rabbit which I thoroughly enjoyed. My wife had the vegetarian option which tasted wonderful.

I had an excellent brunch at this restaurant! I ordered the steak and eggs along with a pastry platter. The staff was very attentive and made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. Don't miss out on the fresh squeezed orange juice - it's a must! The manager, Patrick, was very friendly and full of energy. I highly recommend this place!

My first visit to Signature was to celebrate my birthday with dear friends. It was a fantastic and unforgettable experience! The hostesses were excellent and very accommodating. One in particular stood out, thank you Love. Patrick, the restaurant manager, was incredibly attentive and kind, ensuring that we had a wonderful experience. Our servers, Tim and Santino, worked together seamlessly to make our meal relaxing and enjoyable. The food was beautifully presented and the flavors were exceptional, making it a truly delicious experience. Thank you to everyone involved for making my birthday celebration so special and unforgettable. I am grateful beyond words.

Great experience. My fiancé and I were here for the first time when he had just proposed, and I have YES! The staff was very accommodating and even treated us with free champagne for the occasion. All recommendations made by our waiter Tim (for him he is the best! we are perfect! All plates were cooked to perfection, the cook was amazing! This French restaurant is one for the books I can certainly say it was perfect and we will come back! Overall great experience friendly staff great food?
