Starbucks - San Antonio

Please don't give your customers a substitute without informing them that you are out of the product they ordered, then offering a substitute. If I ask for a Pike, don't give me an Americano. There is a huge difference in taste and it is quite disappointing to take a first sip of the wrong coffee. The person working the drive-thru was nice, so that is why I am giving 2 stars and not 1.

This location by far is the best service I've ever received at any Starbucks! I am new to the San Antonio area and I will pass 4 Starbucks just to drive 20 mins to this one. It's out of my way but the superb and impeccable service, it's worth it. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. This is my new preferred location!

Probably my favorite Starbucks near my house. They are particularly friendly and fast. It is a great location with many seats inside and outside and they don't blow the music as loud as some of the other places. Food: 5/5

Absolutely 5 stars customer service! This Starbucks location is TRULY part of the Alamo Heights community! The staff also goes authentically treats every customer with kindness friendliness

I love to come into these Starbucks on Broadway bc the staff here are always top notch and super sweet. I had got a bad drink from another starbucks, but I couldn't give it back bc I had to go to work, I came here and explained my situation and they offered totally my solid drink free. You're great. Thank you.
