30 min wait when there are 14 empty tables is ridiculous.
I visited this restaurant for the first time and had a fantastic experience. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The margaritas were large and delicious! The bone-in ribeye was an impressive cut of meat. I’m looking forward to coming back to try the ribs!
This restaurant is still one of the best steakhouses with affordable prices. The seasoning is consistently spot on, and the side dishes are equally great. The loaded potato skins make for a delicious appetizer. I also found it amusing that the sign said 'Exes' right before Valentine's Day.
Despite the restaurant's busy atmosphere, the staff appeared well-prepared and capable of managing the large number of customers. The menu is reasonably priced, and the bread served with cinnamon spread is absolutely delicious. We ordered the steak and shrimp, salmon, and chop steak, all of which were cooked to perfection. There was a hiccup with a special request for the chop sandwich; it was returned once and not corrected, but the staff kindly removed it from our bill. Other than that, the service was exceptional—our waiter, Josh, provided one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time.
