Wendy's - San Antonio

I had the summer berry salad, and it was fantastic with wonderful flavors! The new fries are significantly improved compared to before. My girlfriend ordered the bourbon burger, and it was pretty good too. The staff were friendly, and I’ll definitely be returning!

Wendy's is a dependable fast food chain. I did experience an instance where I was overcharged, but their customer service handled the situation quickly, which is impressive in a time when connecting with a real person is often a challenge. One downside I noticed is that they appear to be short-staffed, resulting in longer wait times, a common issue in many restaurants today. The quality of the food is solid, and with the use of coupons, the prices are quite reasonable. If you have kids, the toys that come with the kids' meals are generally good, although some are better than others. My kids usually enjoy them, but as an adult, I find some of the sticker books to be a bit underwhelming. Overall, I am very pleased with my experiences at Wendy's, and I also appreciate their humorous social media presence.

I arrived around 9 AM and ordered a number 2 meal along with a sausage biscuit. The lady at the window was very friendly; I think she was the manager. When I realized I forgot to order a coffee, they generously offered me a large one for free. Not to mention, my food was hot and exactly as I ordered. This is a fantastic place, and I will definitely be back!
