Ihop - Santa Fe

We visited this restaurant for Thanksgiving at 2:30 PM, and it was quite busy. However, we only waited about 20 minutes for a table. The staff was fantastic, efficiently cleaning tables and seating guests. The service was excellent—very professional and friendly. Instead of turkey, we opted for salmon and steak, and I must say, it was a great choice. They also offered a nice selection of desserts. As a recent newcomer to Santa Fe, I will definitely return to this restaurant. I even signed up for their rewards program!

The table we were seated at was dirty, and the service was slow. Our waitress wouldn't accommodate substitutions for food sensitivities and took about 20 minutes to notice that my drink was empty. Even though my in-laws like IHOP, I think I’ll pass on this location in the future.

My order was wrong. Completely wrong. I ordered a cupcake pancake, chocolate smile pancake, and cheesecake pancakes. The manager refused to believe it was wrong because mr perfect says he packaged it. At first they said I needed to go in and speak with him by the time he got on the phone he was so rude and unprofessional and wouldn?t even let me speak he kept talking over me and saying he packaged it. I can?t believe he?s even a manager. Not to mention the food looked like

If I could, I would give this restaurant 0 stars. They are not practicing social distancing; the tables are not 6 feet apart, and you're seated very close to other patrons. They also aren't sanitizing the buzzers they provide. I observed the staff member cleaning tables, and she only sprayed the surfaces and wiped in just one spot. We waited a long time for our waiter to take our order, and we didn't receive our drinks until we had to remind him. Throughout the entire experience, the waiter did not acknowledge us.

Great omelets and many varieties or made to order. Loved it.
