Bidra med feedbackI called the store to let them know that it tasted off and even smelled spoiled. The girl I spoke to assured me that it was fine and that they put fresh product in the machines every day. I find that hard to believe because it tasted terrible. I suggested that she try it herself before someone else had the same unpleasant experience, and she said she would, but later—while she was working! At this point, my daughter was feeling unwell, so I decided to take some of the melted BLACKBERRY flavor to show the staff and let them smell it. Two girls were there: the one I spoke to on the phone and another who made rude comments in the background. They both insisted it was fine. One even mentioned that it sometimes smells funny and other times it doesn’t. Honestly, she offered a half-hearted apology but never suggested a refund or replacement. I'm really disappointed and frustrated with the rude service. I've run and managed businesses before, and if my employees treated customers the way I was treated, they would be fired. You can change how you act, but you can't change who you really are. I'm incredibly upset.
This restaurant offers an excellent selection of yogurt flavors and toppings. The cleanliness is impressive, and the service is outstanding!
