Odyssey Fun Center - Sheboygan Falls

This place has potential, but management only has one person running around doing everything. The Employee had a positive attitude but felt bad for him. Lack of care to customers and employees.

We went here for a party that was also catered. When the woman went to book the room, she was suppose to get something upstairs, instead we were placed in the basement room where there was water damage on the ceiling. The tables by the alley were dirty and garbage in both bathrooms were overflowing. We were the first people in there for the day so it is apparent the mess was from the night before. One bathroom was so dirty and smelled and felt like a sauna. The vent blowing in it was also black with mold/dirt. There was only one person running the whole place at first and several people commented that they felt like they were an inconvenience to the employees later in the day. I feel quite disappointed as I recommended the place, and I won't be making that mistake again.

The staff was great with my young children, it wasn't overly busy on a nice Fri night which worked I our favor. The food was good and the glow lights are always awesome!

Despite the heat and minimal air conditioning, I had a great time with the arcade games and bowling!

It was great to be back at my old favorite spot. I was pleasantly surprised to see both the left and right doors open.
