Qdoba Mexican Eats - Shiloh

40 minutes before closing time, the dining room was closed up, they had already broken down half the bar and they were out of everything. When I asked to have a burrito, he said ?Alright give me a few minutes to set everything back up.? I felt guilt tripped so I just told him it was fine I wouldn?t eat anything and picked up the queso nachos for my dad (in which they could only give us a few things since they were ?out of? half of it). The employees did not wear gloves preparing my dad?s food. That?s just not sanitary. They also rung us out for 3 drinks but did not tell us they were out of half of their drinks on their drink machine. This was just a horrible experience.

I don't see how you people can eat here. I didn't order obviously. I almost hurled. They were not busy so why not just take a rag down the prep table.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. None of the employees were friendly, from the person making my burrito to the person taking my money. There was no greeting, thank you, or even a smile. The burrito was carelessly put together and thrown into a bag. The lack of diversity in the hiring process was noticeable, and white males may experience disrespect. Despite visiting many good Qdobas in the past, this one was a shame. Other reviews also mentioned issues that have yet to be addressed by the staff. The restaurant has unsanitary conditions and the men's bathroom was dirty. The only reason this Qdoba remains open is its location; I would not recommend it. I regret not going to Taco Bell instead.

This Qdoba location is the worst I have ever been to, and may be the worst restaurant overall. The pick-up orders are never prepared on time and often sit on the counter without being noticed until they are finally bagged up 7 minutes later. They frequently run out of ingredients and menu items, and the restaurant is dirty. Additionally, they begin packing up and putting away ingredients an hour before closing time. This place is a disgrace and I will be willing to drive an extra 7-8 miles in order to avoid it in the future. This location really should be closed down.

The food was delicious when we ordered takeout from this restaurant. It tasted great both fresh and reheated at home. The prices were reasonable and the portion sizes were generous. I would definitely recommend this place for good value and tasty food. Thank you to the kitchen staff for a job well done.
