Ragtime - Shirlington

This place was very homophobic. Bartender told me and my friends we couldn’t be served because of our attire even though what we were wearing was very appropriate. Nothing inappropriate was showing everything was covered, we were in crop tops. I will not be returning and find it appalling that establishments here in a very accepting city still manage to be homophobic.

It was a bit dismissive, lack diversity, but the staff that did pay us attention was very intentive and helpful.

Really nice quaint bar in the heart of Arlington. Their black bean burger and fries hit the spot. I ordered the Philly cheese steak and asked to substitute the rib eye with a chopped black bean burger, and it was delicious. The beer cheese is addicting. We will definitely be back for the heaping nachos!

We enjoyed the food but, the food did not agree with my son, coming back up at 3 am. Not sure if it was the chicken in the wrap? They were busy so it took about 10 to 15 min before they brought anything to drink but the food was pretty good.

We wanted a dinner close to the city but not too far out and found this gem, care of Google maps. Everything looked great and was great. I'll definitely come back here for food. The atmosphere is a cool neighborhood pub/sports bar/jazz club which is unique but cool.
