Bojangles - Simpsonville

So, I went through drive thru and asked the young man at the window how long has the chicken been up and he stated it just came up..I placed my order and got home and the chicken is old! One piece marginally fresh with 2 very old pieces...not sure WHY he felt like he needed to lie, but this order is going back for a refund and I will be contacting Corporate office... already been food poisoned before...

There was no chicken available at 6 PM, and all the customers were left waiting. It's frustrating that a manager would allow this to happen. I suggest they consider letting the manager go. This was at the Woodruff Road location.

The service was quite rude, and one of the employees loudly voiced his reluctance when I requested a single Bo Berry biscuit.

Me and my family stopped in here to grab some breakfast we got what we usually order and the food was good compared to other times where my fries were over cooked , they did a great job and I have to give a big shoutout to the server , Renetta she was super friendly and honestly made our whole day , she made sure all our needs were met and kept checking on us to see if we needed anything , THANK YOU Renetta , and god bless you.

Service was great, the food was ok, the chicken sandwich was good but the chicken tenders were hard, over fried and we couldn't chew them.
