Pizza Hut - Simpsonville

Good pizza and good service. I placed an extradition order and there was confusion as the phone service had entered the wrong crust type into the local store system. The manager Brian was very accommodating and even followed later in the evening with a personal call. It was very unexpected and appreciated.

Your standard pizza hat, friendly staff and good pizza. But building is really for a complete reconstruction. It is nice to see that they bring back the lunch buffet, but it has a long way to go. Not much choice at the buffet (only two pizzas at a time) hopefully they will change that soon. They owe specials amd coupons all the time so I would check them.

To the buffet tonight at 1145. There were 3 others to eat there. After a while, the manager waited for the take to order drinks. My husband said you need help. The manager said I could take care of 4 people. He finally brought drinks. I had to get silverware at the counter. When more people came in, they all had to drink something and ask silverware. There was no buffet in stock and the people had said that wait until they were waiting for people to leave. I wouldn't recommend this place for a quick lunch, even though it's buffet. The manager thinks he's Hercules and obviously he's not.

I never felt less appreciated by a server in my life. This young woman has to find a new line of work. The manager took my drink job when he sat me. When the server came to my table, she had the drink and sat it on the table then slowly and consciously slipped into my left hand, holding one side of the menu that I read, and pressed until both hands and menus were right. Nobody's so clumsy! I looked up and said a sarcastic thanks and she immediately left my table without greeting or appreciation from me. She never looked at me. I gave her back five minutes. When she didn't, I went out.

Should've taken the clues that were clear, empty parking lot, empty restaurant. Seated ourselves, waited 10 minutes, got our own menus, waited 10 minutes. Finally someone comes to table, asks what y'all want to drink, comes back with drinks says he'll be here shortly to take your order. 20 minutes later guy comes up asks what we want, we place our order of cheese sticks gave us bread , wings a thin crispy pizza undercooked not at all crispy . Another 20 minutes different guy presumably the manager brings out the bread wings, 5 minutes after we get the pizza. He offers refills, we accept. This was the last service we got, from this point on we had to get our own refill ask for a to go box at the counter. Didn't get a copy of the bill until after we paid $40+ needless to say after the service we received or didn't receive, there was no tip. Let me say the wings were good the pizza toppings weren't bad either. Lesson learned.
