Hardee's - Smithfield

I would like to share my feedback about an employee named Raymond. While we were in the area, we decided to stop by this Hardee's for a quick meal, and we were truly impressed by the service. Unsure of what to order, Raymond came to our aid and explained how we could get exactly what we wanted in the most economical way. Thank you, Raymond, for being so helpful and for representing your company so well!

I recently relocated from Portsmouth, and what a change it has been! The restaurant is clean, the food is fresh and delicious, and the staff is both polite and efficient. Thank you!

Came in, guy in drive thrustared at me and then walked to back. 2 people in kitchen area didn't acknowledge me. Stood there for 5 more minutes and walked to mcdonald's to enjoy a fish sandwich. It wasnt what I wanted but at least they acknowledged me.

I really enjoy our Hardee's. The staff is fantastic, the management is wonderful, and the food is delicious and reasonably priced. And don’t forget to try the apple pies! Update: 7/14/22 Wow, there was quite a line this morning! Both the dining room and the drive-thru were very busy, but the staff and management managed everything with a smile and kept things moving smoothly. Thank you for a great breakfast! That platter was excellent!

Get the chicken or get the burger and get jalapeno poppers to put on top of the burger and it is so awesome bring your appetite
