Applebee's Grill - Spearfish

Here for a work trip, what I enjoyed most, was the service, our waitress was on point, really attentive to offer great customer service, after my ticket her new was Isabel (she told us her name at the beginning but I forgot it) thanked my ticket to it. Anyway, the manager seemed like he was on the point, usually managers like to bark orders without working a finger, but not here, in this case he actually got his hands dirty, that's a teamwork! Total experience

Every time I visit, the waitstaff are always attentive and ensure I get my drink refills promptly. They are very polite, and I consistently have a great experience.

The experience here can be a bit inconsistent, but it's mostly positive. Tonight, I had the new Broccoli Cheddar Bowl, and it was absolutely delicious!

The hostess, who was quite short and had a lot of hair, was unfriendly and seemed to dislike her job. When she showed us to a high-top table, she asked if we preferred that or a stand. As I am eight months pregnant, we requested a stand, and her response was very rude. However, our waitress was friendly, and the food was excellent. It's a shame that the host almost made me feel unwelcome. I would rate it 4 stars. Date of visit: June 11, 2022.
