Imo's Pizza - St Ann

I really love IMO's, but this particular location is incredibly disappointing. They advertise that they're open until 1 AM, but no one ever answers the phone. The recorded message instructs you to place your order online, but they stop taking online orders at 12:05 AM. Every time I've ordered pizza for delivery, it arrives cold, and anyone who's tried provolone cheese knows it turns rubbery when it reaches room temperature. It's a shame because their pizza is good—just not at this location.

Everything I tried was delicious and exceeded my expectations. The service was equally excellent; the staff was friendly and efficient, making the entire experience enjoyable. I also appreciated the inviting atmosphere, which added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this place!
