Salty Dog Bistro - St Aubin

Dinner for two. Our experience started off a bit rocky when we requested a specific bottle of Chilean wine, but they only had options from New Zealand, so we had to adjust. On the bright side, we were charged for the Chilean wine, which was £5 cheaper. The food was fantastic—delicious with generous portion sizes. We never felt rushed, as the staff allowed us plenty of time between courses. Although the restaurant was busy, the staff managed everything smoothly.

I had dinner here tonight, and it was absolutely fantastic. If you enjoy seafood, this is definitely the place to be. The menu is extensive and changes daily based on the local catch. The food is out of this world! I can honestly say this is one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. The service is exceptional, and the atmosphere is completely laid-back.

I also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the entire table service staff. They were incredibly helpful, polite, and provided very prompt service. Their great sense of humor and warm smiles added to our wonderful dining experience. To the owner of this restaurant, you should know you have an excellent team working for you. Best regards, Rob

We had here a nice meal, friendly waiting staff and delicious food (always ask for sauces on the side) very fresh fish and the reef and bark w good worth. let them be taken from the grim house front, which could hardly be harassed with our table and we waited for menus and our commands were taken without smiles.

Nice team. Good location. Interesting choices on food with lots of vegetarian option. Very tasty. Ingredients of quality. Nice decoration. Better to book a table, can be busy.
