Chick-fil-a - St. Augustine

This is by far the best Chick-fil-A! I visit frequently and have never been disappointed! I rate it a perfect 10/10 for outstanding customer service and quality!

I would consider going inside, but the last time I did, I waited over 20 minutes with my two kids just for two milkshakes, which sat on the counter for more than 5 minutes before being handed to us. There were others waiting even longer for their orders, including a K-9 officer on break and a sailor in uniform, who I felt definitely deserved priority service. I don't think anyone would have objected to that. Just when I expected them to ask for a refund (since they kept glancing at their watches), their order finally arrived, which was absurd. As a side note for military members: My veteran friend was informed last week after ordering breakfast that the new manager no longer honors the military discount.

I'm not a chic filet fan but my other half seems to like it. He enjoyed his sandwiches. I'm not sure which ones he ordered but they were grilled and had tomatoes and pickles ick on them. Me personally, the waffle fries are soggy and greasy and who wants a chicken sandwich with only pickles ? on it. The strawberry lemonade was good. Chicfilet is one of those places you either love or hate. My other half and I don't agree ? I don't recommend any of it. He likes the grilled chicken sandwiches but never orders the fries.

The best location I have ever been to. The service is so amazing here and the management is great. This location knows what they are doing it is always busy but the wait moves fast inside the dining room, or at the drive-through. Give it a try.

I had a terrible experience with the service provided by Lidia and a rather unenthusiastic guy named Elijah. They completely messed up our to-go order, even putting our ice cream upside down in the bag! We didn't receive a fork or any dressing for the salad. Lidia seemed unhappy to be there and appeared distracted while taking our order. Overall, it was poor service, and to top it off, there was no parking available.
