P.f. Chang's St. Charles

I booked a reservation through OpenTable, but when we arrived at the restaurant, we found out that they no longer accept reservations through that platform. I don’t understand why they’re still listed on OpenTable if they can't honor reservations made there. It was a disappointing experience that spoiled our date night. I won't be dining at P.F. Chang's or using OpenTable again.

I enjoyed my dinner, which was delicious. However, there was a somewhat odd situation when we arrived. When I provided the host with our reservation name, she appeared surprised and asked where I had made the booking. She then mentioned, “It’s okay, someone else just canceled, so you can have their spot.” When we got to our table, I checked my reservation, and the status had changed as if we had already checked in. It seems they might have used our reservation for someone else.

I love P.F changs. our meal was not to eat. the first time I was ever disappointed by P.F chang.

We have always loved PF Chang’s. The service was bad. Wrong food, incomplete order, drinks incorrect..... hopefully they work this out!

Our food was absolutely delicious! We had chicken salad wraps, crispy honey chicken, and salt and pepper dishes. The service was fantastic as well. The only downside was that we were seated in a side area on the terrace, which felt quite enclosed. It was very cold that night, and every time someone opened the door, it was quite drafty.
