Mcalister's Deli - St Louis

We have always enjoyed eating at McAlister?s but we will be taking our business elsewhere from now on. Within the last few months we have ordered takeout and dined in. Each time I ordered tortilla chips and rotel as my side and I was given 2 clear bags with a total of 6-8 broken chips between both bags. When I questioned this in person today asking for additional chips I was treated as if I had asked for a million dollars?.zero customer service. He was even to the point of being rude about it. The other people in my party received 1/3 filled cups of Mac n cheese and potato salad with our last orders. They literally had 3 fork fulls and that?s being generous. Below is one of my ?sides of chips? to go with my rotel. This is the 3 order I?ve received like this. Completely unacceptable.

Very friendly staff and delicious food. It?s always a treat to eat here. Limited selection of vegetarian and gluten free options, but their food icons make it very easy to figure things out.

We sat at 7:45. The phone rung, and the lady in the front tab turned around and said the lady on the phone wants to talk to the manager. The manager reacted loudly where everyone could hear, NO, I didn't catch it. It's all EARLIER and I only have 50MIN LEFT. A few of us customers looked at each other and sneaked our heads. One of the customers said, now managers are only 18 years old. I answered her, I know I should never call here, especially in the evening. That wasn't cool! This place is definitely not as it is used smh

Would be really nice to have a knife to cut salat, since salat is in large pieces. it was barely enough meat in it. just a few speck and the turkey. a couple of shaded ham. not worth the price.

Bad experience I've been with these mccallisters before. my sandwich was missing the truthahn, my men missed the sour wort and one of the pickles was halved. when I asked about the missing items, the type in the kitchen was rude and loud to the staff before and even said I had to pay for the extra truthahn, obviously missing from the sandwich to start with it. unbelievably and totally angry!
