Magnolia St. Louis, A Tribute Portfolio

The staff at the restaurant were extremely friendly and accommodating. I was impressed by the added perks of valet parking and breakfast buffet for two with my reservation, which made the experience hassle-free and enjoyable. The lobby, restaurant, and room were all well-maintained and clean. The spacious rooms and overall atmosphere of the hotel were impressive. I would highly recommend this hotel, as it exudes a special touch of elegance and class.

The staff was friendly, but the hotel was dirty! The first room had stained carpets, crumbs on the couch, and money on the floor, showing it was not properly cleaned. After requesting a new room, the second one was smaller and cramped. I upgraded to the suite I had booked, hoping for improvement, but it was still not very clean. My 11-month-old even found an electric clipper in the room. The thermostat was broken, leaving my children freezing all night. I would not recommend this hotel. The building is nice, but I have stayed in cleaner vacation inns. The restaurant and staff were great, but more could have been done to address our room situation.

The staff at the reception were very friendly and efficient. The room was extremely clean and had a pleasant scent upon entering. The location is perfectly central in the heart of the city, although slightly worn (in a good way).

I'll tell them something that online travel agencies don't want to know. when booking the hotels use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ they have the best offers for resorts! much better than with expedia, tripadvisor, agoda. that is sure! thank you to yanna. we had a great stay. she was informative, honest and helpful. she helped us ask about restaurants, park service and made our stay unforgettable.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Magnolia! Super friendly staff, clean, and beautiful. We will be back!
